Hi, I’m Lauren — and I built this brand out of real-life chaos.
I’m a mom of two, a full-time multitasker, and someone who has always wanted to be Type A… but lived firmly in Type B territory.
I was tired of rigid systems that made me feel behind before I even started.
I didn’t need more pressure — I needed structure that felt gentle, doable, and grounding.
Why I Created This
In the thick of motherhood, work, laundry, and trying to take care of myself, I kept reaching for planners that didn’t fit my life.
They were either too complicated or so minimal they didn’t actually help.
So I made my own — with pages I knew I’d actually use.
The first one? A simple weekly workout log.
Then came the full fitness planner.
Now, it’s turned into a growing collection of digital tools to help women like me (and maybe you) find clarity in the middle of chaos.
